This journey, which began in 1965 with our father Ali Tiryakioğlu's farming dreams, is a source of great pride for all of us. Over the past 60 years, we have achieved countless successes through our dreams and collaboration.

For us, the most important factor determining the lifespan of an organization is its balance. This balance can only be built with strong values. Guided by our values, we have never defined ourselves solely by our factories, ports, or ships. We are a chain that creates value through a complex interconnected pattern. At the heart of this chain lies our operational excellence, brought to life by the mastery and coordination of our over 2,000 employees. We must not forget that strategy is a commodity, and operations is an art.

For many years, we positioned ourselves as an agricultural company. However, today, the agriculture, energy, and chemical sectors are intertwined. Therefore, we closely monitor developments in the agriculture-based energy and chemical fields. With truly intelligent, conscientious, courageous, and practical capital, we are pioneers in areas where no one dares. Overcoming all challenges with shared wisdom, we aim to create a company structure as flexible and robust as a steel rope.

A New Era with Sustainability and Innovation
This level, achieved through our detailed strategies, reinforces our belief that our success is no accident and that we can achieve even higher goals. We are reaping the rewards of our strategy of operating at every point of our supply chain. We produce both certified seeds and retail products. We source from nearly 45 countries, process our products in 29 production facilities in 11 different locations across three continents, and deliver them to nearly 50 countries. We own Turkey's first privately licensed warehousing company. We are a global leader in the organic supply chain. We are also active in organic food and feed. We are proud to be the operator of Giresun Port, the world's only port for organic agricultural products.

As Tiryaki Agro, we exist to provide nutritional solutions worldwide and build a food future in harmony with nature. We are working on new projects to consolidate our leadership in North America in organic products and increase our share in the European market. We have taken the most important step toward continuing our growth in the Middle East market by commissioning our facilities in Iraq. We are executing plans to strengthen our operations in Africa. Our supply chain in South America is becoming more effective every day.

Looking to the future, we are positioning ourselves as a pioneer in the bioeconomy. We have taken our first step in this area with Tiryaki Sustainable Aviation Fuels Supply and Production Inc. (Tiryaki SAF). At the intersection of the energy, chemical, and agricultural sectors, we are investing in areas such as plant-based proteins, cellulose-based bioethanol, and biojet fuel.

Transformation in agriculture, food health and efficiency, bioenergy, and the carbon economy are among our priorities. We are working to ensure soil sustainability through smart systems and technologies. At our Alparslan farm in Muş, we aim to increase yields by 100 percent through smart irrigation and regenerative agriculture practices. We are working to complete the transition to clean energy across all our facilities and achieve our net-zero carbon target by 2030.
