Future Leaders Program

The Future Leaders Program is Tiryaki Agro's long-term young talent development initiative.

Designed for university seniors and recent graduates, this program offers participants not only work experience but also the opportunity to discover and develop leadership skills.

The program's aim is to cultivate future leaders with Tiryaki's values.
Participants work in different departments in a year-long rotational structure, gaining intimate knowledge of all the company's business processes, from production facilities to the head office.

Throughout the program:

  • Mentorship from experienced managers,

  • 360° performance feedback,

  • Personal and professional development training,

  • The opportunity to take responsibility for real-world business projects is offered.


At the end of the year, successful participants earn the right to continue their careers in full-time positions at Tiryaki.
