Tiryaki Lidaş
Founded in 2012, Tiryaki Licensed Warehousing Inc. (Tiryaki Lidaş) is Türkiye’s first privately owned licensed warehousing company. We operate licensed warehouses in Çorum, Gaziantep, and Muş, with a total storage capacity of 149,000 tons. At Tiryaki Lidaş, we utilize fully automated systems to ensure the highest levels of hygiene and operational efficiency.
Within our core areas of activity, we ensure the safe storage of agricultural products and preserve product quality throughout the storage period. We support the development of agricultural trade and facilitate transactions through warehouse receipts. Thanks to the licensed warehousing system, farmers can store their products under secure conditions, obtain bank financing through warehouse receipts, and trade their products on online commodity exchanges. In addition, by expanding the licensed warehousing system nationwide, we contribute to the sustainable growth of the sector.
Warehouse Locations and Capacities
Our warehouses operate with capacities of 31,800 tons in Çorum, 67,200 tons in the Şehitkamil district of Gaziantep, and 25,000 tons in Muş Merkez, providing a total storage capacity of 124,000 tons. Located in strategic regions, these warehouses are designed to support agricultural trade by offering storage solutions tailored to the specific production characteristics of each region.
For example, due to the logistical advantages of Mersin Port, the region serves as a hub for pulse trading, and our licensed warehousing infrastructure supports this trade.
Technological Infrastructure
Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art automation systems, enabling fully automated operations and hands-free product transfer. This infrastructure allows us to achieve maximum hygiene standards while ensuring high operational efficiency. As a result, agricultural products are stored under the safest and most hygienic conditions.
Contribution to the National Economy
Through this government-supported system, we record the volume of products stored across 286 licensed warehouses in Türkiye, contributing to a more transparent and controlled management of agricultural production. With our pioneering role in licensed warehousing, we make significant contributions to both the national economy and food security.
For farmers without access to storage facilities, our system provides a major advantage. We offer logistics support for transporting products from fields to our facilities and store them under professional conditions without deterioration or quality loss. In return for the securely stored products, farmers can obtain bank loans through warehouse receipts, meeting their liquidity needs. They can also retrieve their products at any time with the same quality or sell the receipts on online commodity exchanges, gaining flexibility in trade.
