To get to know our candidates better, we conduct both online and in-person interviews, supported by personality, competency, and skill assessment tools. Depending on the position, DISC, EICOM, MERCER General Aptitude Tests, and English proficiency exams are administered; for Director-level and above roles, Assessment Center applications are additionally conducted.

Reference checks are carried out for candidates who successfully complete all evaluation stages, and job offers are extended to suitable candidates.
