Here, we go beyond production to design and implement the agriculture systems of the future. Alongside certified seed wheat and barley cultivation, we enhance soil health and increase productivity through regenerative farming practices. By employing crop rotation, cover crops, biological pest control, and nitrogen-fixing plants, we reduce chemical inputs. Smart irrigation systems deliver up to 30% water savings and a 70% increase in yield, and we plan to expand this model across all our land by 2035.

The licensed warehouse we commissioned in 2025, with a capacity of 20,000 tons, strengthens our logistics capabilities, while reintegrating livestock manure into the soil reinforces our closed-loop farming model. Our enterprise serves as an open-field laboratory where digital agriculture and data-driven farm management are actively applied.

We position Muş Alparslan as Turkey’s hub for regenerative agriculture. Using satellite-based field monitoring, sensor-supported fertilization, crop rotation, cover crops, and biological pest control, we improve soil health and boost productivity. Our R&D pilot projects regularly measure soil microbial activity, carbon sequestration, and water efficiency, allowing us to refine production models based on scientific data.
