Bio-Industrial

We create value by processing agricultural resources through innovative solutions. With our projects in chemistry and biotechnology, we aim to develop sustainable and efficient production models.

Plant-Based Protein

Plant-based proteins, derived from sources such as pulses, grains, and seeds, stand out for their nutritional value and lower greenhouse-gas emissions compared to animal proteins.
In recent years, they have gained prominence for their health benefits and environmental sustainability.

We position plant-based protein production as a strategic priority for a fair, scalable, and nature-aligned transformation of agricultural systems.
Among alternative protein sources, plant-based proteins offer the greatest scalability and consumer acceptance, presenting a sustainable solution that reduces environmental impact and improves resource efficiency.

Through projects such as wheat protein carried out within our production infrastructure in Türkiye and Kazakhstan, we offer lower carbon footprint alternatives to the global agricultural products value chain. This transformation, rooted in agricultural innovation, not only meets the world’s growing protein demand but also contributes tangibly to climate-change mitigation, biodiversity preservation, and food security.

Deep Processing

At Tiryaki Agro, we go beyond processing agricultural raw materials — we transform them into value-added products, delivering innovative solutions to both the food and industrial ecosystems. With our nature-aligned, innovative, and responsible production approach, we regard deep processing not merely as a manufacturing process but as a strategic value chain driving the transformation of food and bioindustry.

Through deep-processing technologies, we extract key components such as starch, glucose, fructose, and gluten from corn and other agricultural products, focusing on zero-waste production efficiency.

In line with our Vision 2030, we are strengthening our deep-processing activities through a bioindustry approach — focusing on R&D-driven product development, expansion into new countries and markets, and supply-chain integration.
We adopt a circular production model, transforming raw materials into multiple products and channeling side streams into feed or industrial uses to maximize resource efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Our deep-processing investments enhance productivity in the food industry while laying the groundwork for the sustainable production systems of the future.

Ethanol

As part of our growth strategy in bioindustry, we are advancing initiatives in agriculture-based ethanol production.

Our goal is to utilize non-food agricultural products and by-streams to produce renewable energy sources, thereby enhancing resource efficiency and contributing to a low-carbon economy.Ethanol is one of the key components of the sustainable energy transition.

In this direction, we plan to integrate plant-based raw materials into the energy-production chain to create renewable solutions.

In the future, we aim to strengthen the bridge between agriculture and energy, building a value-adding circular supply model.
