Our sustainability management is led by the Sustainability Committee, which operates under the Board of Directors. The Committee is responsible for setting strategic goals, managing risks, monitoring performance indicators, and integrating sustainability policies across all business units. Its activities are coordinated by the Corporate Communications and Sustainability Directorate, with broad participation from leaders of our four sustainability focus areas and representatives from various departments. This ensures that our sustainability strategy is implemented through a holistic approach—from top management to field operations.
The Committee aims to translate our sustainability vision into tangible results. Its core responsibilities include defining ESG strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, monitoring performance indicators, and developing awareness programs for our employees. At the same time, we build collaboration networks to foster a shared culture of sustainability with our stakeholders, contributing to the dissemination of best practices across the industry.
We also strengthen our sustainability commitment on international platforms. As a member of initiatives such as the UN Global Compact and Sedex, we integrate global best practices into our business processes. We maintain close collaborations with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and public institutions in areas such as energy efficiency, climate action, agricultural sustainability, and social inclusion—contributing to the advancement of sectoral standards. Through this holistic approach, we embed sustainability at the core of our corporate culture and build a solid foundation that shapes both today and the future.
