Personal Data Protection Information NoticeTiryaki Agro takes the highest level of security measures possible to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.

Our aim, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”) and in line with your satisfaction, is to inform you in the most transparent manner about the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, the parties with whom it is shared, the legal grounds, and your rights.

This Information Notice includes our explanations regarding all personal data of our website visitors that are processed wholly or partially by automated means or by non-automated means, provided that they form part of a data recording system.

a) Data Controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698, your personal data may be collected and processed by Tiryaki Anadolu Holding A.Ş. (“Company”), acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

b) Processed Personal Data

Collected through the website operated under our domains/URLs:

  • Identity information (your name and surname),

  • Contact information (your e-mail address, phone number, city, district, and country),

  • All information submitted to us via the forms available on the website,

  • Information such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or device to the Internet, operating system type, web browser type and version, as well as any information regarding the computer system or other technological devices used to access one of the websites, including cookies and web beacons.

    Purposes of Processing Personal Data

    Your collected personal data shall be processed for the following purposes, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5/2 of Law No. 6698:

    • To provide you with the Company’s products and services, to fulfill our obligations towards you, to arrange records and documents, and to comply with information retention, reporting, notification, tax, and other obligations stipulated by local and international legislation,

    • To receive, evaluate, manage, and conclude your opinions, suggestions, requests, messages, and complaints regarding our products and services, and to inform you accordingly,

    • To comply with information retention, reporting, and notification obligations required by official authorities, to fulfill contractual requirements, and to perform the legal obligations to which the Company is subject in relation to benefiting from these services,

    • To determine and implement the Company’s commercial and business strategies; to manage financial operations, communication activities, internal systems and application management operations, and legal operations carried out by the Company,

    • To determine your usage preferences and browsing history (cookies) on our website, to ensure website security, and to improve website performance,

    • To review, evaluate, and respond to requests received from official authorities.


    c) To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

    Your collected personal data may be transferred, limited to the fulfillment of the purposes stated above, to:

    • Relevant business units for carrying out the necessary work to enable you to benefit from the products and services provided by our Company, as well as to natural or legal persons, program partner institutions and organizations with whom we cooperate or receive services,

    • Internal audit units and independent auditors in relation to audit activities,

    • Persons, institutions, and organizations from whom services are received within the scope of the Customer Communication Center established for managing your opinions, suggestions, requests, messages, and complaints,

    • The Company’s business partners, shareholders, and affiliates,

    • Persons or institutions permitted under the Turkish Commercial Code, the Turkish Code of Obligations, and other applicable legislation,

    • Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities, and judicial authorities,

    and, subject to your explicit consent:

    • To our business partners from whom we receive cookie services, in the event that you use our website and/or mobile application,

    within the framework of the processing conditions and purposes set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698. Your personal data may be stored domestically or transferred abroad for the purposes stated above, provided that the necessary security measures are taken.

    ç) Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

    Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through our website, call centers, and social media accounts, based on the existence of the following legal grounds:

    • Explicitly stipulated by law,

    • Public disclosure of your personal data by yourself,

    • Necessity for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,

    • Your explicit consent,

    • Necessity for the Company to pursue its legitimate interests and fulfill its legal obligations, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed,

    and is limited to the purposes stated above, within the framework of applicable legislation.

    d) Rights of the Personal Data Subject

    If you submit your requests regarding your rights as a personal data subject to the Company using the methods specified below, the Company shall conclude your request as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request.

    In this context, personal data subjects may submit their requests related to the exercise of their rights pursuant to Article 13/1 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356, in Turkish and in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in the Company’s system. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity prior to responding.

    Your application must include:

    • Your name and surname, and your signature if the application is submitted in writing,

    • For Turkish citizens, your Turkish Republic ID number; for foreigners, your nationality, passport number, or, if available, ID number,

    • Your residential or workplace address for notification purposes,

    • If available, your electronic mail address, telephone number, and fax number for notification,

    • The subject of your request,

    and, if applicable, relevant information and documents related to the subject must be attached to the application.

    Depending on the nature of your request, the required information and documents must be submitted to us completely and accurately. In the event that the requested information and documents are not duly provided, disruptions may occur in the full and proper conduct of the investigations to be carried out by the Company in response to your request. In such cases, the Company declares that it reserves its statutory rights. Therefore, your application must be submitted in a complete manner and include all required information and documents in accordance with the nature of your request.

    In order to effectively exercise your rights, you may submit your request—containing the necessary information to identify your identity, the other requested information, and your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise as specified under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data—by completing the form available at lenalvroser.online and delivering a signed copy of the form together with identity verification documents in person to Beylerbeyi Mahallesi Şemsi Efendi Sokak No:16, Beylerbeyi, Üsküdar, Istanbul, or by sending it via registered mail with return receipt, through a notary public, by other methods specified under the Law, or by sending the relevant form with a secure electronic signature to [email protected].

    Personal data subjects have the right to:
    Learn whether their personal data is being processed,Request information if their personal data has been processed,

    Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
    Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

    Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed and request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
    Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other applicable laws, and request notification of such action to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
    Object to the occurrence of a result against the individual arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
    Request compensation for damages in the event of loss arising from the unlawful processing of personal data
